Historical book illustrates community's
past

Huron 150 Years: Celebrating Our Past is a 150-page full
color hard cover book featuring a mix of old and new
photos covering a spectrum of history with some
photographs that have never been published. Community
volunteers researched archives, held interviews and
forums to create a nostalgic look back on the
development of our community, from its early formation to
government and growth, business and industry and parks
and neighborhoods.
Books will be sold
for $25 each.
 DVD showcases the
splendor, wonder and grandeur of the City
The DVD tells a series of
stories about Port Huron. Included in the package are inute vignettes, a
full video tour of the Fort Gratiot Lighthouse, Huron
Lightship and the heart of the DVD
features a 54-minute program with seventeen different
stories told by various guests.
DVDs will only be sold
for $20 each.
